Cannabis Legalization

My Thoughts on Cannabis

On October 17th, weed, ganja, pot, cannabis, marijuana, etc, was finally legalized across the entire country. Some were glad about it and waited in line during hours to get a bag of drugs, others were not very pleased and for them this legalization was not a good move. I was part of the second group. For the ones asking, no I am not a professional in drugs and I do not indent to be one. I will only give my personal thoughts and I will not talk trash on the first group. Feel free to comment if you think I am wrong on some parts and I will make sure to respond you in the greatest delays.

To begin I would like to quote the mission of the SQDC : '' The SQDC's mission is to sell cannabis with a focus on protecting public health, the goal being to integrate consumers into the legal cannabis market and keep them in it without actually encouraging cannabis use.". Honestly, I think they lie on their real motivation, money. They said the profits will be injected into programs of sensitization to prevent teenagers and young adults from falling deep in drug addiction. But as of now, I saw no advertisement on T.V. or radio or from school. Some classes were visited and showed a presentation on cannabis, but we and probably many other classes, have not seen it yet and it has been two weeks since the legalization. In their mission they say they want to reduced illegal market's transactions and consumers. However, even if the quality is better then the black market, the prices are way higher, causing people to buy from dealers. The new provincial government want to push the legal age to buy from 18 to 21. For some it may sound good, but a young consumer aged 18 years old said that if this law passed, he will not stop taking drug and will buy again from his old dealers. These kind of decisions from our government is a sign of ignorance in a domain where no mistakes should be allowed.

Was it necessary? That is a question we should take in consideration. Are we going to become a dead stone population which only word is "more". Because one of the effects of taking drugs is the rising of the feel good limit. Little actions like eating or drinking do not please the brain anymore, marijuana is the only one who is able to do so. This means generalize depression is in town and brought her friends death and dumb. Maybe this the first part of a massive natural drug legalization where things like cocaine, opium, salvia, shrooms are now normal. Do we really want to be seen from other countries like the friendly looking one, too dumb to realize they are not far away from a wave of mental disorders? And as always, thanks for reading.

Time Waster

Introduction to Boredom

It is a rainy day, you feel bored, you have some free time and you wanna spend it wisely on  something that is gonna bring you new experiences and knowledge. Good news, YouTube is still  on. Ha ha good joke, you really think I was talking about this crappy website, then you are wrong, in reality I meant to introduce you to the most wonderful site on the web. You still do not believe me! Okay, listen you little pretentious, my website is full of interactive activities, I post everyday on diversified subjects and in original, revolutionary ways. I was going to stop here, but unfortunately, the minimum is 150 words, so I will spread this sentence to his maximum the way I reach the requirement. To rap this up, I will tell you this, none of my posts are going to be related to each other and I will write on subjects I like that may or may not interest everyone, but I do not care. And as always, thanks for reading.
